Questions about the free search check
Is it really free?
Yes. The check costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a short outside-in test of your search, not our paid Website Analysis or Code Review.
Do you need access to our admin or server?
No. We test the store the way a shopper sees it, so we never ask for passwords.
Which stores can you check?
Magento 2 stores, on any theme and with any search: Magento's default search, ElasticSuite, Algolia or another engine.
What will we receive?
A short brief by email: the searches that failed, what a shopper saw instead, and what we would fix first.
What happens after the brief?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you want us to fix what we found, reply to the email and we will tell you what the work involves.
