LIQUIDLAB is a Magento agency based in Constanța, Romania. We build new Magento 2 stores, move stores to Magento from Magento 1, Shopify or WooCommerce, and take over any Magento store, with or without Hyvä. Magento is the only platform we work on, and we have more than 12 years in its ecosystem.
Hyvä is the default frontend on every store we build. We have been a Hyvä partner since 2024, the first in Romania, and we are Romania's first full-service Hyvä agency: the same team handles the audit, the build or the migration, the hosting on Liquid Framework and the support after launch.
We work in Romanian or English. Every request goes through ClickUp, so you can see where each one stands at any time.
Best Performance Improvement, HIVE Germany 2026
On 21 October 2026, at the Pyramide in Mainz, LIQUIDLAB won Best Performance Improvement at HIVE Germany, the ecommerce showcase by Mollie and Hyvä. A jury picked the finalists, each finalist presented a case on stage, and the people in the room voted for the winner.
We presented Vitacom, a Romanian electronics retailer trading since 1991. The store was already on Magento 2 and Hyvä when it came to us. We kept both, and its server now answers in 12 ms instead of 15,814 ms, on eight times less hardware.
Secure, simplify, accelerate
Every store we take on goes through the same three steps, in this order. Each step goes live on its own, and we measure the result before we start the next one.
Secure
We install the missing Magento patches, close exposed entry points such as public test sites, turn on two-factor sign-in and move the store to a server built for what Magento needs.
Simplify
We remove the modules the store does not need, replace extensions that compete for the same job, and rebuild custom code that puts data at risk.
Accelerate
We roll out Liquid Framework, our Hyvä accelerator, with Hyvä Checkout, then size the server to the store. We check the result with Google's data from real visitors, not with lab scores.
